What are the fees for the Pre-School Nursery?

How can I go on the waiting list for the Pre-School Nursery? 
To register interest and go onto our waiting list please fill this online form outWe will contact you when a vacancy becomes available. 

Is there a weekly minimum attendance at the Pre-School Nursery?
Yes. 1 full day / 2 session minimum attendance. We offer full day and sessional care.

When is a vacancy secured?

A contractual vacancy is secured upon the signing of a Jenniflowers Childcare contract and a 1 month deposit having been received. A vacancy is NOT secured if you are on the waiting list. 


How are fees payable?
Fees are invoiced and payable monthly in advance, by the 1st of the month. 

Is there a late payment fee if we pay late?
Yes. £5 per day late after the 1st. 


Is my deposit refundable?
The deposit (equivalent to 1 month fee) is refundable 6-8 weeks after the last day of care.


How do holiday fees work?
Full fees are due while a child is on holiday, unless they have a term time contract, which is a different arrangement (holiday care can be arranged for term time children if needed). Full fees are due on bank / public holidays, even though we are closed on those days. 


Are fees payable for illness?
If a child is unable to attend due to illness, full fee is payable. 


What fee do you charge for emergency care?

We offer emergency care to contracted children on days they do not attend, if we have availability and the correct staff:child ratio to do so. The fee will depend on your contractual arrangement with us as we work on a fee sliding scale.


Do you accept childcare vouchers?
Yes. We accept a wide variety of childcare vouchers.


Do you offer a sibling discount?

Yes. We offer the older sibling a discount, which is dependent on the number of days / sessions they attend. 


Do you access the 15 hrs govt funding for 3/4 year olds the term after they turn 3?
Yes, please contact us for further funding information. 


Does your Local Authority audit your funding allowance?

Yes, we are audited annually by the Wandsworth Local Authority to ensure that all 3 and 4 year olds receive their allotted entitlement.


How do settling in sessions work?
Settling in is chargeable. Children settle in with mum / dad and then on their own over increasing times / days... this is child led as some children need more settling in sessions than other children. We work alongside you and your child as he / she settles.
