How are fees payable?
Fees are invoiced and payable monthly in advance, by the 1st of the month.
Is there a late payment fee if we pay late?
Yes. £5 per day late after the 1st.
Is my deposit refundable?
The deposit (equivalent to 1 month fee) is refundable 6-8 weeks after the last day of care.
How do holiday fees work?
Full fees are due while a child is on holiday, unless they have a term time contract, which is a different arrangement (holiday care can be arranged for term time children if needed). Full fees are due on bank / public holidays, even though we are closed on those days.
Are fees payable for illness?
If a child is unable to attend due to illness, full fee is payable.
What fee do you charge for emergency care?
We offer emergency care to contracted children on days they do not attend, if we have availability and the correct staff:child ratio to do so. The fee will depend on your contractual arrangement with us as we work on a fee sliding scale.
Do you accept childcare vouchers?
Yes. We accept a wide variety of childcare vouchers.
Do you offer a sibling discount?
Yes. We offer the older sibling a discount, which is dependent on the number of days / sessions they attend.
Do you access the 15 hrs / 30 hrs govt funding for 3/4 year olds the term after they turn 3?

How do settling in sessions work?
Settling in is chargeable. Children settle in with mum / dad and then on their own over increasing times / days... this is child led as some children need more settling in sessions than other children. We work alongside you and your child as he / she settles.
